I have during my practice found reflexology to result in a deep relaxation which can greatly help in issues such as infertility, pregnancy, and labour, sleep disorders, migraines, and stress. I have developed my practice by studying hand reflexology, reflexology for pregnancy, and the treatment of babies, precision reflexology, and reflexology lymph drainage. I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, a body set up to help regulate the quality of provision of therapies in the UK.
